What is OCRP?

The Outpatient Competency Restoration Program (OCRP) is part of the Trueblood Contempt Settlement Agreement, in partnership with the Health Care Authority (HCA) and the Department of Social and Health Services. The program helps individuals meet the requirements for competency restoration within a set time frame.

Program Details

OCRP is court-ordered and offers:

 

  • Group Therapy Content: Using the Breaking Barriers C.O.R.E. curriculum

  • Intensive Case Management

  • Abstinence-Based Approach

The OCRP team includes:

 

  • Mental Health Professionals

  • Bachelor’s level Clinicians

  • Peer Specialists

What we do

Competency Restoration Classes:

Topics include courtroom knowledge, symptom management, relaxation techniques, communication skills with attorneys, and more.

​

 

Additional Case Management:

Support includes help with resources, housing, basic needs, health care, transportation, independent living skills, and other services to help clients remain in the community.

ProviderInformation

Olympic Health and Recovery Services delivers these services to individuals deemed by the court as not competent to stand trial but suitable for community-based programs.
